The Lire la société association is organizing its 16th edition of the Best Financial Article Award, in partnership with the AJEF and the Banque de France.
The aim is to distinguish articles that are particularly relevant for a better understanding of the economic and financial sphere. The articles must include a substantiated analysis, an educational ambition, be rigorous, attractive and original.
This prize rewards two journalists each year, highlighting one of their articles, investigations, analyses or columns which deals with an issue relating to the economic or financial sector.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Banque de France on April 2, 2025. The presence of the finalists is mandatory.
Categories
- The prize will reward two journalists from the French written press, for articles, investigations, analyses or columns:
- In the “young journalists” category (under 40)
- In the “senior journalists” category (over 40 years old)
Prize Information
- Each Prize is worth €5,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible, articles must have been published in the French press in print or online and have appeared between March 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025.
- Journalists wishing to participate must have a valid press card.
Application Requirements
- Each journalist may not submit more than two articles.
- Any article signed by more than two authors will not be accepted.
- Send us your articles in PDF format, as well as a photocopy of both sides of your press card, Paris time, by email.
