Competition Categories

• Light and Shadow: Optical Game
  • Capture the unique magic of light and shadow, manipulating light to blur the boundary between reality and fantasy. This subtle interplay sets the stage for a compelling visual story.
• Colors: Magic Palette
  • Elicit true-to-life colors everywhere, from urban neon landscapes, rustic twilight locations, vibrant apparel, and everything in between. Showcase the rhythmic beauty and pure essence of color.
• Faces: Emotional Mirrors
  • Frame portraits in perfection to reveal the intricate emotions painted on the faces of people, pets and animals.

• OnePlus Group: Winners in Main Categories
  • Gold Prize: 5,000 USD (per category)
  • Silver Prize: 2,000 USD (per category)
  • Bronze Prize: 1,000 USD (per category)
  • All winners will win a 2024 OnePlus device, the title of “OnePlus Photography Expert” and receive the opportunity to work with OnePlus in the future.
• Public Group: Winners in Main Categories
  • Gold Prize: 5,000 USD (per category)
  • Silver Prize: 2,000 USD (per category)
  • Bronze Prize: 1,000 USD (per category)
  • All winners will win a 2024 OnePlus device, the title of “OnePlus Photography Expert” and receive the opportunity to work with OnePlus in the future.
• Photo of the Year
  • 10,000 USD
  • The winner will win a 2024 OnePlus device, the title of “OnePlus Photography Ambassador” and have the opportunity to work with OnePlus in the future.
  • All cash prizes are tax inclusive—applicable taxes to be paid by the winner.
  • Award certificates will be jointly issued by OnePlus and IPA.
  • The Entrant agrees that OnePlus may publish, display and show the works of the “OnePlus Photography Expert” and “OnePlus Photography Ambassador” across digital and print platforms, including but not limited to, on OnePlus’ websites, by mail, by email, by worldwide press release, and in other OnePlus Publications. Such works may also be presented at exhibitions around the world, be featured in OnePlus advertising, marketing and promotions. For that reason, the sponsor will not separately notify the candidate or require his or her consent to using his or her works.
  • The “OnePlus Photography Expert” or “OnePlus Photography Ambassador” is entitled to freely market him or herself as a “OnePlus Photography Expert” or “OnePlus Photography Ambassador”.

Eligibility Criteria

• Smartphone users worldwide who have full capacity for civil conduct as stipulated by laws and regulations in the country or region where they reside. Specifically, entries in the “OnePlus Group” must be shot by OnePlus smartphones, with no requirement for the model. Entries in the “Public Group” have no requirement for the smartphones brand or model.
• Works that have previously won awards in other photography contests or have been published in any public media are ineligible for the Awards.
