The CFA Institute is accepting nominations for the Journalism Award to promote the quality of economic/financial information disseminated in all media organizations.
The journalist author of the article or report that, by virtue of its relevance, clarity or content, has contributed the most to:
- explain and disseminate the relevance and importance of investment professionals to Portuguese society;
- expand or consolidate financial literacy in Portugal, or whose contribution to ethics in the world of investments and financial markets is the most relevant;
- promote ethics in the world of investments and financial markets.
Prize Information
- The author of the article with the best rating will receive a monetary prize worth of €2,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only articles with relevant content published or disseminated in media outlets (television, radio, newspapers, magazines or websites) in the period between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023 can enter this competition.
- Each author cannot submit more than two articles to the competition. If more than two are sent, the acceptance criterion is first come, first served.
