The Foundry Photojournalism Workshop is global, and they are excited to offer small classes in Arabic, English, Farsi, French, Hindi, Kurdish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, and Spanish.

• This workshop will inspire and sharpen your photographic skills.
• The workshops will develop your visual literacy storytelling abilities, and help refine your personal vision.
• You’ll become part of the worldwide Foundry and VII Academy continuing education community, a network that spans the globe.

Key Dates

• November 1st: Welcome event with special presentations.
• November 2nd to December 2nd: Four online sessions comprising three small group classes (no more than eight students per class) and a one-on-one meeting with your teacher.
• December 8th-10th: Presentations followed by Q&A, student presentations, awards, portfolio reviews, and social mixers.

Criteria

• The program welcomes practitioners from the Majority World and underrepresented communities in G20 countries to apply to learn from some of the most well-respected photojournalists and educators in the world.
• There are no tuition fees to attend. All you have to do is apply and wait to hear if you’ve been selected! Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
