The CBRM Health Care Redevelopment Project team and Northside/Harbourview Hospital Foundation invite you to participate in a photo contest to have your work chosen to be represented in the new Northside Health Complex.
The photos will be displayed in waiting areas and hallways throughout the Northside Health Complex. Some of the images may be part of signage to help with wayfinding.
Eligibility Criteria
- The contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers.
- Entrants under 18 years of age require the permission of a parent or guardian.
- By entering the contest, entrants under 18 years of age agree they have obtained the permission of a parent or guardian.
- They encourage participants to submit photos of landmarks, places, parks and people that makes the Northside unique, with a focus on diversity.
- There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
Requirements
- Each entry must comply with the following requirements
- Photographs must be high resolution (minimum 300dpi) and in digital format. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this contest. All digital files must be in JPEG or .jpg format. Upload images with the original pixel size. Do not scale and do not change the resolution.
- Entrants must agree to the Northside/Harbourview Hospital Foundation and Nova Scotia Health having the rights to use their image (photo credit will be recognized) and their name published.
- The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
- The caption must be complete and accurate, sufficient to convey the circumstances in which the photograph was taken. Disguising or misrepresenting the origin of your content will be unaccepted.
- Watermarks are unacceptable.
