Do you have what it takes to become the 2024 Mackenzie Region Photographer of the Year? Enter the photography competition now and showcase the breathtaking beauty of the Mackenzie Region – from its crystal clear lakes to its rugged alpine mountains.
The Mackenzie Region is one of the best locations in the world, and for good reason! Whether it’s the turquoise lakes, rugged alpine mountains, pure night skies, or the characters that make one unique, they’d love to see what you think is the best of the Mackenzie Region.
What you will get?
- Twelve finalists will be selected, and their images will be displayed on A0 ACM photo boards in the Lake Tekapo Town Centre and included in the 2025 Mackenzie Region Calendar.
- There are over $2,000 worth of prizes to be won, including awards for the Overall Winner, the Tekapo Four Square Local Award, and the People’s Choice Award.
- The Overall Winner will also receive an $1,000 prezzy card. The Tekapo Four Square Local Award will receive a $400 Tekapo Four Square voucher. The People’s Choice Award will receive a $400 prezzy card.
Who can apply?
