Deadline: 8 October 2024
Teledoc Campus is a collaborative project of NPO, CoBO, the NPO Fund and the Film Fund for the development of documentary talent in the Netherlands.
Dutch Film Fund wants to offer teams of novice directors and producers the opportunity to gain experience. This opens the way to quality documentaries with a cinematographic and unconventional character. Within the same frameworks – television and cinema – in which they will later operate, these makers are given the opportunity to develop their talents via Teledoc Campus. The films are supervised, developed and financed by the Netherlands Film Fund, NPO Fund, NPO and public broadcasters and CoBO.
To stimulate the development of documentary talent, the NPO, NPO Fund, CoBO and the Dutch Film Fund have developed the Teledoc Campus collaboration project. They offer teams of young directors and producers the opportunity to gain experience, after which they can make the leap to full-fledged, long-form productions. Within the same frameworks in which they will later operate (television and cinema), makers are given the opportunity to develop their talents. The films are supervised, developed and financed by the Film Fund, NPO/public broadcasters, NPO Fund and CoBO.
