The International Emerging Film Talent Association (IEFTA) is pleased to announce that submissions for films and projects are open for the 5th edition of Amman International Film Festival.
The Amman Film Industry Days (AFID) is a programme of film industry events includeing masterclasses, seminars and discussions with directors and film professionals to stimulate filmmakers in Jordan and the region.
Awal Film will be held on 3rd-10th July this year.
Pitching Platforms
- Amman Film Industry Days (AFID) offers pitching platforms for projects in development as well as projects in post-production.
- Projects in Development (Awal Project)
- The project must be a début feature-length narrative or documentary in its development stage. Shorts are not eligible.
- This platform is for projects by first-time Jordanian directors or first-time Arab directors residing in Jordan.
- Projects in Development
- The project must be a feature-length narrative or documentary in its development stage; shorts are not eligible.
- Projects by all Arab directors (including Jordanians) are accepted for this platform.
- Projects in Post-Production
- The project must be a feature-length narrative or documentary in its post-production stage. Shorts are not eligible.
- Projects by all Arab directors (including Jordanians) are accepted for this platform.
- You must have a producer attached to your project to be eligible for this platform.
