Continuing the support for Ukrainian thought-leaders, Visegrad Insight – Res Publica Foundation announces a call for applications for the Future of Ukraine Fellowship.
They are looking for journalists with strong analytical skills or civil society leaders focused on policy research.
What they offer?
- They offer:
- six-month paid fellowships of 3,000 USD each, with a possibility of an extension for another six-months
- Access to the Visegrad Insight network of media and journalists, as well as in-house support
- Publication and promotion of articles to a regional and international audience
What they are looking for?
- Public opinion leaders from Ukraine with a background in policy analysis, journalism, civil society or academia
- A proven track record of writing incisive analyses or thought-provoking opinion columns on the regional, national or international level for a think tank, university, or in the public and private sectors
- A desire and availability to engage with the Visegrad Insight expert network and audiences through the regular online conferences and in-person events
- A commitment to produce five or more high-quality articles which will generate public opinion impact in the national sphere, international press and social media
- Within this call, they are looking for fellows especially specialised and interested in the following thematic spectrum:
- A Ukrainian perspective on rebuilding Ukraine with the engagement of the CEE countries;
- Enlargement and neighbourhood, also including costs of non-enlargement in terms of both the economy and security;
- The implications of tensions around Taiwan for the security and prosperity in CEE.
