Paul Miller Washington Reporting Fellowship 2024 (US)

Over the course of the year, fellows participate in 10 days of intensive, forward-looking education in the capital.

Criteria

• Journalists from any medium and news organization are invited to apply for the 2024 fellowship.
• You will need:
  • A statement of intention, explaining your interest in the program.
  • Two recent samples of your work.
  • A letter of support from an editor or supervisor. (If you’re a freelancer, a letter from an editor who has worked with you and is interested in publishing your work.)
  • A brief, narrative autobiography.

Requirements

• Fellows are expected to attend all session days.
• If accepted into the program, your editor will be required to submit a letter acknowledging that they will excuse you from deadline duties to attend all program days.
