At the Dutch Film Fund you can apply for a contribution for organizing an incidental and film-related meeting, which is mainly aimed at film professionals.
The meeting aims to increase the expertise and network of Dutch film professionals and the profiling of film in the Netherlands by stimulating knowledge exchange, innovation and or diversity.
The film meeting is not for profit and is open to the public. The meeting is being organised in collaboration with other professional partners and at least two partners are co-financing.
Categories
- You can apply for a contribution under this scheme for two types of meetings:
- National Film Meeting: A film meeting or a limited series of meetings in the Netherlands with the aim of increasing the expertise and network of Dutch film professionals and the profiling of film in the Netherlands by stimulating knowledge development, innovation, diversity or collaboration with other art disciplines.
- International Film Meeting: An international film meeting being a presentation or promotional activity aimed at the Dutch film sector, primarily intended for film professionals, with the aim of stimulating international co-production, the international profiling and promotion of Dutch film and the film industry abroad.
Funding Information
- A maximum of 50% of the total costs up to €25,000 for organising a national film meeting to which at least two other parties make a substantial financial contribution.
Eligibility Criteria
- A legal entity (not a sole proprietorship or general partnership) from the Kingdom of the Netherlands that specializes in the field of film, which is responsible for organizing film meetings and has built up a track record in this area.
