Deadline: Ongoing
The Pulitzer Center invites reporters, editors, and media organizations to submit project proposals that go beyond breaking news headlines and share underreported stories from the region.
This special call is part of the ongoing work under the Conflict and Peace Reporting Grants. If you have extraordinary story ideas that demand attention, they are eager to learn how you can tell them. Proposed projects should amplify local voices and have a strong, credible distribution plan to reach diverse audiences.
If you are a freelancer or newsroom seeking funding for projects covering the war and its impacts, or need support due to the increased costs that come with reporting in conflict zones, please consider submitting a proposal.
They aim to support and encourage collaboration with local journalists in the West Bank, Gaza, and Israel.

- A description of the proposed project in no more than 250 words;
