Deadline: 15 June 2024
AFLAMUNA is excited to announce an open call for feature documentaries currently in development that address the pressing issue of climate change within the Arab region.
The AFLAMUNA Storytelling for Climate Fund will support the development of these films and accompanying Impact Campaigns. Climate change is an issue that has been overlooked in the region due to the many other crises they also face.
Through innovative storytelling and collaborations with civil society, they aim to catalyze meaningful action and elevate the most important climate justice movements of the time and the region. As they stand to disproportionately face the impact of climate change, they must ensure the voices are part of the global conversation on climate justice.
The AFLAMUNA Storytelling for Climate Fund offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in the Arab region through the power of independent arts and culture. They invite you to join them in amplifying the voices of forefront communities and advocating for environmental justice.
