The Estonian Center for International Development Cooperation (ESTDEV) in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organizes an information day for all interested parties regarding the application rounds of African and Eastern Neighboring countries.
The purpose of the application round is to support the development of Georgia by including Estonia’s best practices in promoting democracy, strengthening independent media, empowering civil society and promoting education. Projects must support horizontal goals and help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals throughout.
Funding Information and Project Duration
- The minimum amount of the requested grant is 50,000 euros and the maximum amount is 100,000 euros per application.
- The application round supports projects whose eligibility period is between 01 March 2024 and 31 December 2024.
Eligible Activities
- The application round supports activities that correspond to the following directions of activity:
- supporting the development of good governance and democracy;
- strengthening independent media and combating misinformation;
- empowering civil society, including by promoting gender equality;
- promotion of modern education.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant may submit one application per application round. This requirement does not apply to higher education institutions.
