You can apply to the Film Fund for the completion of an independent Dutch film production (no commercials, video clips, television productions or graduation or commissioned films) in the short film category (up to 60 min.) that was realised without support from the Film Fund.
In addition, the film has been selected on the basis of quality for:
- A renowned (inter)national film festival; or
- A leading international digital video platform where the curators determine the programming and the film distinguishes itself in reach or appreciation; or
- An exhibition of a renowned museum and/or gallery; or
- If the film will be shown as a pre-film for a main film with a cinema release.
Funding Information
- All target amounts can be found in Chapter 2 of the Financial and Production Protocol.
- Maximum €10,000
- The contribution can be used as a contribution towards the costs of finishing/production, promotion and distribution of the film production in question.
Eligibility Criteria
- The producer of a majority Dutch film production or a director who has produced his/her majority Dutch film production himself/herself.
