Apply for Fritt Ord’s Master’s Scholarship – Norway

Is your master’s project about freedom of expression, social debate or journalism? Then you can apply for a student grant from Stiftelsen Fritt Ord.

The scholarship supports projects that are critical and analytical. Projects where support is needed for relevant travel, research and data collection will be prioritized.

Funding Information

  • The scholarships are worth NOK 40,000.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All students with a master’s thesis on issues related to freedom of expression can apply.
