Call for Applications: Podcasting Training 2024 (Nepal)

Journalism Academy established in collaboration with Germany’s Interlink Academy is going to conduct podcasting training in Kathmandu for journalists in Nepal.

The training is conducted in the 6+6+6 format of the Journalism Academy. This means that the first session of 6 days is conducted in the classroom of the academy from 9 am to 5 pm, then the training is conducted online for 6 weeks and finally the second session of 6 days is conducted from 9 am to 5 pm.

The training will include topics related to podcasting production, broadcasting/publishing and promotion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nepali journalists with at least three years of experience. This schedule is basic training and even those with no podcasting experience can apply.
• Journalists who have been selected for the free training of the Journalism Academy cannot apply again. But journalists who are not selected after applying can apply.
