Deadline: 15 October 2023
The Media Development Foundation is seeking entries for the National Investigative Journalism Competition.
Investigators have been focusing on war crimes for the second year, but they are increasingly returning to the topics of corruption and abuse by Ukrainian officials.
However, along with the full-scale war, new obstacles appeared for journalists: limited access to registers and lack of direct access to those involved. Currently, exposures require new tools and ingenuity from journalists.
