Guidelines

• The submission will be through the MyGovGujarat portal.
• Participants can take part in the contest by registering on MyGov.
• All the participants to ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this profile shall be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, e-mail ID, and mobile number.
• Submissions beyond the last date and time of submission shall not be considered.
• The applicant can send a maximum of two photographs under two different themes for the competition.
• Reels/Videos should be originally shot by the applicant, and if these are found to be infringing copyright, these will be rejected.
• No signatures, stamps or any other identifying mark is allowed anywhere on the entry.
• Digital Manipulation and any kind of Photoshop effects are not allowed.
• The Participant must be the copyright owner of the submitted Reel/Video, and Video/Reel must not violate any third-party rights. The participant has the liability for copyrights and non-violation of any third-party rights.
• The Participant should submit the entries on the shortlisted themes in MP4, AVI or MOV format.
• Once submitted for the competition, copyrights will solely be with the Government of Gujarat.
• The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
• Entries of participants/applicants who fail to furnish complete profiles may be rejected.
• The Gujarat Government and MyGov reserve the right to cancel or amend any part of this contest, including the Terms & Conditions, Technical Parameters, or Evaluation Criteria. Any changes or cancellations will be posted on the MyGov and it is the participants’ responsibility to stay informed.

Application Requirements

• Format: Videos should be in MP4, AVI or MOV format.
• Resolution: minimum 720p resolution.
• Duration: Each video may be between 3 to 5 minutes long.
• Language: Videos can be in Gujarati, Hindi, or English. Please include subtitles if the video is in a regional language.
